Many people have very little free time in their lives.  Successfully losing weight doesn’t have to require a large chunk of your valuable time.  Here is a simple, easy to follow dieting secret.

Keep the right kind of snacks handy.  Toss these foods in your purse, lap top bag, brief case, or backpack.

Apples are low in calories, very filling, and easy to transport.  Keep them handy.  By eating 2-3 apples a day you will fill up on high quality, low calorie food and will not feel so tempted by the calorie-dense items like candy, chips, or fast food.

Carrots, pears, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, apricots, raisins, oranges, and figs are all good choices too.  You can find other snacks, just look for foods high in fiber (the filling effect).
