		<description>I don&#039;t eat the best but I do stick to the math.  I know that one pound is equal to about 3500 calories so I just add the calories I eat and subtract calories I exercise off and try to make sure I am balanced or a little in deficit!  It works for me.</description>

what nutritional advise would you give to the muslims in the world who are fasting at this period of the year?I have noticed with quiet a few of them as to how,as soon as the fast opens,they consume high sugar-content food.Could this be detrimental for their health as they have not eaten throughout the day?Thank you</description>
