Many people have very little free time in their lives.  Successfully losing weight doesn’t have to require a large chunk of your valuable time.  Here is a simple, easy to follow dieting secret.

Keep the right kind of snacks handy.  Toss these foods in your purse, lap top bag, brief case, or backpack.

Apples are low in calories, very filling, and easy to transport.  Keep them handy.  By eating 2-3 apples a day you will fill up on high quality, low calorie food and will not feel so tempted by the calorie-dense items like candy, chips, or fast food.

Carrots, pears, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, apricots, raisins, oranges, and figs are all good choices too.  You can find other snacks, just look for foods high in fiber (the filling effect).

    so here’s the catch. im like so desprate to lose fat’cause like….AHHH!!!! but i need tips to become slim and not go on a diet or buy pills or buy a weigh loss program. i can’t do that.
    i noe wat types of food to eat ….but i read that some particular foods makes ur body produce more fat eating hormones – or somethin like that so i need to noe if its true and what i should do!

    i noe now. excersice is important -yes but you need to eat certain foods…..

    some foods are….like fruits . some say low calorie foods dont help but just make ur body burn less calories. if u eat 2500 a day and suddenly u eat less like 1000. then ur body will adjust and burn the amount u give it so that doesn’t help! its true.

    dont eat sugarly foods, dont eat junky foods,excersise, but if u dont it’s ok – just excersise when ever u have time…

    try not to go on diets , for that will not help
