I think the money back guarantee is a joke. I’ve sent 3 emails stating that the Nueslim-19 pills did not work for me, how to go about returning the remainder for a refund, and cannot get a response. Please don’t waste your money on this product…

    Hi Kendra,

I’ve written you back every time. Each email bounces back to me. The last time I wrote you I included all the past emails.

    Hopefully you will see this.

Nothing works for everyone (which is why I offer the guarantee in the first place). We have a very high success ratio and I am proud of our numerous success stories.

Of course you can return the product for a full refund per bottle returned to me, 1 empty and any full ones. You can send them to:

Please let me know if you see this. (I get your emails).

    Thanks,

    Susan

    Sue,
I am ready to report you and your business to the appropriate authorities for FRAUD!!!! I ordered your Nueslim-19 product on Jan. 29, 2008(Invoice # 21571) and my card was charged immediately. I ordered the product with tracking info for($8.00) and NO tracking ability has been provided. I have emailed you several times since to get status and still NO response.

Perhaps people have not followed through with their threats to take some sort of action. Well, I am hear to tell you that is changing right now, unless I get my money back from you. At this point, after investigating you and your company, I have decided that I no longer wish your products.

To anyone considering ordering any products, don’t waste your money or time. Sue is running a SCAM!!

No response from you will give me the go ahead to take further action.

    Cc to my attorney

    Hi Candace,

Your order was shipped to your confirmed PayPal address on Jan. 30, 2008. USPS returned the package to me on February 8, 2008 with the reason stating: No such number.

After further researching why the order was returned I found that your confirmed address in Paypal has the incorrect Apt. number listed. I located your correct address number and immediately reshipped your order.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent out when the shipping label is created in PayPal. It would have been sent to your PayPal/ordered by email address.

I will email the newest tracking number to you directly. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Sincerely,

    Susan Sweet

Thank you, Sue, for your response. I don’t use PayPal as a rule and to be honest, I thought I bypassed PayPal when I placed the order.

Inspite of that, however, I did verify my address and can confirm that the Correct Apt # is on my records for PayPal and are CORRECT. I checked all designated places where my address is and they all had the complete and correct information!

Anyway, I will await the package. I am not sure, however, if I wish to try this product after all the things I have researched about itsince purchasing it. Once I receive the package, I will make a determination as to how I wish to proceed.

Thank you, again, for finally responding to my email.

    Sincerely,
    Candace

Still waiting for product. I am not sure it was sent to the P.O.
instead of my home address. Does everything paid through PayPal always
    get delivered to the USPS?

    Hi Sue,

Just wanted you to know I finally received the product yesterday!

    Thank you

    Hi Sue,
I’m wondering why I haven’t heard from you. I’ve sent you 3 emails, and this is the 2nd time I’ve contributed on this blog, but to no avail – it wasn’t posted. Please respond to my email.
    Thank you
    Ruth

Thanks for writing me here. I found your email in my spam folder – sorry!

    I’ve written you back.

Congratulations on losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks.

Thank you Sue for writing me back. I’ll retry vitamins plus watching what I’m eating! Looks like I’ll need to really watch my food. I’ve been keeping up the exercise so that isn’t my problem – it is the food!!

Hi Sue i have just ordered some of your products online but have not had an expected delivery date. Could you please give me a rough idea on how ;ong they normally take . MANY THANKS Lyn

  12. SuesHealthCenter | March 7th, 2008 at 10:05 am

Delivery for U.S. orders usually takes 4-6 business days.

Outside the U.S. time varies greatly. Canadian orders typically take the same time as U.S. orders, but Customs can sometimes create delays.
