Honey and Lemon for Weight Loss

If you want to lose weight, there are various ways to do that. One of them that you might want to consider is honey and lemon.

When you mix honey and lemon with water and take it as a tonic, you can lose weight more easily. Dissolving fat cells is the key to weight loss if overeating is the only real problem that you have. Lemon and honey are both very good for a lot of health and wellness issues, and they can also work in combination with one another to remove fat from the body and take off pounds and inches.

Most people today have a few extra pounds that they would like to lose, and they don’t always have time to get more exercise. With that being the case they need to find some other choice. Starving oneself is never good, so rather than do something like that it would be better to enjoy the sweet and tangy taste of honey and lemon. Great taste and weight loss is never a bad combination.

    1 glass of lukewarm water with half lemon and 2 spoon of honey to be taken in the morning on empty stomach.

    Yeah, dont forget to clean your teeth after that as the citric is not good for your teeth.

    Plz can u clear my doubt, how to use and when to use, how much quantity of water, and how much drops of lemon and honey, and if this cause any side effects, and how many time we have to use and for how much days we have to continue with it, and in warm water or cold water, and i am very thankful to you

    hi taniya,
    if you are really willing to loose weight then follow below mentioned diet:
    1)First thing in the morning ,boil one cup of water,add some cinnamon into it.
    2)add one big spoon of honey to above mixture of cinnamon(first let the mixture cool down to room temp)
    3)drink(805)of it as first thing in the morning.(empty stomach)
    4)for next 3 hours dont eat /drink anything except water.
    5)After dinner if possible drink above mixture (remaining 20%)
    6) see the difference i have scene it my self ..i was 83KG and now i am 70 KG.my waist was 37 and now it is 32 :)
    but please be honest with urself while following above mentioned diet.
    Do it for one month regularly and u will see the change .

    I would like to add only one fact:
    Never mix honey in HOT or BOILING water, because the sweet carbohydrate in honey will change form in high temperature that is unhealthy for the body. So always use warm water not HOT.

    my question is if one has to take 3hrs after taking honey and cinnamon without eating anything, what happens to breakfast which i believe is very important and should not be skipped for a whole month. Kindly advise.

    I am Supriya.I also weigh much.83kgs.want to come to atleast 70kgs as u are.I am taking that warmwater,honey,leamon daily.its been 10 days I am taking it.I am taking it with empty stomach only.But after 30-40 min, I am eating my breakfast.I dont know that I shouldn’t eat anything for 3 hrs.But i have a doubt, if we dont take breakfast, it will not good for health naa(my doc adviced me not to skip it)I am really confused now whether to take or not.if eating breakfast after 30-40 min will not reduce my weight? pls help me out in putting down my weight

    This goes to supriya.. we consider mrng to be at 6:00-6:30 A.M. and if you’re able to take lemon and honey with water at this time and break fast at round about 8:30 or 9:00 A.M, it will help you to reduce the weight
    In this way you will be able to take breakfast 2-3 hours after you took the juice and as well as it will on time.

    If i need to take honey and Lime with hot water, which would be more preferable. Having it in the morning on empty stomach or at night before going to bed.

    I AM SAHIL FROM INDIA WRKNG IN DUABI..I GAINED EXTRA POUNDS OF WEIGHT HERE..THEN I STARTED THINKING OVER IT SERIOUSLY..i STARTED WITH LUKE WARM WATER,LEMON AND HONEY IN THE MORNING AND REST OF THE DAY WATER WITH LEMON ONLY..I STOPED HAVING RICE INTEAD AM HAVING ONE ROTI AND SABZEE IN LUNCH AND DINNER,BT I AM HAVING BREAKFAST NICELY..i JOINED GYM ALSO WERE IN I ONLY WALK ON MACHINE.RESULTS ARE VERY COOL..I HAVE ALMOST LOST 6 KGS IN ONE MONTHN AND INSHALLAH AM PLANNING TO CONTINUE THE SAME COZ I HAVE TO GO ON LEAVE IN NOVEMBER AND EXPECT TO LOOSE AT LEAST 15 KGS FROM JULY 2011 TO NOV.

    can i have lemon honey n warm water after brush. because i don’t have the habit of consuming anything without having brush. rarely i will consume without brushing. can i have 2 times a day. early morning n after going to sleep. i have a doubt so suggest me.

    If you feel acidity with lemon and honey then try a combination of cinamon and honey instead of lemon.Try luke warm water.

    What no body mentions in the entire discussion is which honey to use! Please do not use the commercially available honey in the market or departmental stores. Its nothing but a mixture of wax, sweeteners and artificial flavors with severe amount of toxic agents. The commercial honey only has big actors on their side doing advertisements on TV, but actually no benefit at all. If you really want to observe a difference in weight, please use raw honey, preferably from a village nearby. Raw, natural & unfiltered honey is the best remedy for weight loss.
