Honey and Lemon for Weight Loss

If you want to lose weight, there are various ways to do that. One of them that you might want to consider is honey and lemon.

When you mix honey and lemon with water and take it as a tonic, you can lose weight more easily. Dissolving fat cells is the key to weight loss if overeating is the only real problem that you have. Lemon and honey are both very good for a lot of health and wellness issues, and they can also work in combination with one another to remove fat from the body and take off pounds and inches.

Most people today have a few extra pounds that they would like to lose, and they don’t always have time to get more exercise. With that being the case they need to find some other choice. Starving oneself is never good, so rather than do something like that it would be better to enjoy the sweet and tangy taste of honey and lemon. Great taste and weight loss is never a bad combination.

    1 glass of lukewarm water with half lemon and 2 spoon of honey to be taken in the morning on empty stomach.

    Yeah, dont forget to clean your teeth after that as the citric is not good for your teeth.

    Plz can u clear my doubt, how to use and when to use, how much quantity of water, and how much drops of lemon and honey, and if this cause any side effects, and how many time we have to use and for how much days we have to continue with it, and in warm water or cold water, and i am very thankful to you

    honey is sweet it can caused diabetes, and lemon and cause cold, so if it is good for health, or it is dangerous in life, plz clear my point

    hi taniya,
    if you are really willing to loose weight then follow below mentioned diet:
    1)First thing in the morning ,boil one cup of water,add some cinnamon into it.
    2)add one big spoon of honey to above mixture of cinnamon(first let the mixture cool down to room temp)
    3)drink(805)of it as first thing in the morning.(empty stomach)
    4)for next 3 hours dont eat /drink anything except water.
    5)After dinner if possible drink above mixture (remaining 20%)
    6) see the difference i have scene it my self ..i was 83KG and now i am 70 KG.my waist was 37 and now it is 32 :)
    but please be honest with urself while following above mentioned diet.
    Do it for one month regularly and u will see the change .

    in the above comment in 3rd point it is 80% and NOT 805
